LOIS MARY BRYCE
Peacefully on July 27, 2023, Lois Mary Bryce (nee Harper) passed away at the age of 95. Lois was born in Saskatchewan, where she spent her early years on the family farm near Viceroy.
After graduating a stenography course in Regina, she began her working life in Saskatoon before moving to Winnipeg and starting a family with her late husband Gordon Bryce (2020).
Lois was an accomplished and much-admired seamstress, crafter, and knitter. She was also an avid 5-pin bowler, and in later life, golfer.
Lois was predeceased by her older brother Glen Harper and her younger brother Seymour Harper.
She leaves behind her sister Arlie Shenner, her three children Debbie Bryce (Dale Kerr), Merle Bryce (Jim Knox), Colin Bryce (Jude Gaal) and her granddaughter Hana (Matt Adams).
She will be much missed by her family, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
As per Lois’ wishes cremation has taken place, and her final resting place will be at St. Vital Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity on her behalf.

Only recently heard of Lois’s passing and want to extend my condolences to the family. I knew Lois for the past 25 years as I served her in a neighbour establishment that she frequented. Always a kind word and thoughts were received from Lois. She was a strong woman with a gentle heart. Sincere blessings to her family. - Posted by: Trish MOELLER (Neighborly friend) on: Aug 13, 2023
