Ruben Pangilinan Concepcion, 74 years, passed away in his home on July 29, 2023.
He is survived by his loving wife Virginia and by his children, Paul, Jackie and Jeanette.
Ruben was an avid tennis player and loved to exercise in the outdoors. He could often be found ballroom dancing with his spouse or teaching himself new skills like carpentry, piano or mandarin.
He will be remembered as being a fun and loving father with a wonderful sense of humour. For those blessed to know him from his various careers, clubs and churches he will be remembered as a very humble and intelligent man. He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul.
