W.J. FRANK SIM
Frank passed peacefully on Friday, August 4, 2023, at the Saul & Claribel Simkin Centre.
He is survived by his wife and partner of 40 years, Eileen; daughters, Susan Breeze and Jo-Anne Cadorath (David) and their children; nephew Neill Stitt (Debbi) and their children, Kevin, Kim and Jonathan; niece Sandra Loepky (James) and their children, Peter and Michelle; brother-in-law Ron Chay (Lucille) and their children, Tara and Jarod; very special friend Tim Nosworthy, Cheryl Janzen, Don Duncan and Mona MacKay and Ivan Milne.
Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held in Brandon at a later date. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
Donations may be made to The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), 1929 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M4G 3E8.
