Peacefully, with family at his side, Leslie Reid Anderson passed away at the Lakeshore General Hospital, Ashern, MB, on August 8, 2023.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 61 years, Margaret; his sons Curtis (Karin) of Winnipeg and Trevor (Sarah) of Thompson; daughters Karen (Norman) of Thompson and Dianne (Steve) of Headingley; his beloved grandchildren Brittany, Scott, Nicole, Amanda, Samuel, Daniela, Todd, Hannah, Danielle, Dominique, Erica and Carter; his six great-grandchildren Christian, Brayden, Denn, Kale, Maven and Emily; his brothers Ron (Pat) and Randy (Donna); sister Lynne (Jake); sisters-in-law Anne (Ron) and Gladys (John, predeceased) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins too numerous to list.
Reid was predeceased by his father and mother Frank and Olga, parents-in-law Henry and Susan, and brothers-in-law Bill (Betty) and John.
He will be greatly missed, always remembered and forever loved. Rest In Peace.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 21, 2023, in the Ashern Centennial Hall with Dawn Tober officiating. Interment will be held in the Grace Lutheran Cemetery with a luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to the Lakeshore School Division, c/o Ashern Central & Early Years School Breakfast Program, Box 1200, Ashern, MB R0C 0E0 or a charity of one’s choice.

Our deepest sympathy to Margaret and families. It has been so special to reconnect with an old schoolmate after all those years. Brought back so many great memories. And got to know Margaret.
