Irene Goddard, of Marchand, MB passed away peacefully in her sleep August 5, 2023, at the age of 85. Her husband Charles passed away 10 months prior.
Born in November of 1937 Irene was survived by two sons, Warren, and Chad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as sisters-in-law Olive, Joyce and Violet.
Irene was predeceased by her husband, Charles of 63 years; their daughter, Shannon; her parents, Emile Carriere and Agnes Yasinsky.
Irene was a very private person who enjoyed her knitting and crossword puzzles as well as the friendships she and Charles had with lifelong friends from work and the neighbourhood.
