Joyce was born May 31, 1931 to Lyle and Mildred McCutcheon of Homewood, MB. She was the wife of Fred VanKoughnet. She passed away surrounded by family, Sunday, September 3, 2023.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Carman United Church.
