PAULINE LANDYGO

Pauline Landygo passed away peacefully in Winnipeg on September 14, 2023.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, Peter; her two children; one grandchild; numerous siblings; and extended family members.

Pauline’s first and lifelong passion was the love for her family and friends. She was career-driven and family-oriented throughout her entire life.

Per Pauline’s instructions, cremation has taken place with private interment to follow.

The family thanks the staff at St. Boniface Hospital and Concordia Hospital for their compassion, love, and support during Pauline’s care. Special thank you to the staff of #1 Devonshire House for their support and love during Pauline’s last days.

“We will forever love you and carry you in our hearts, like you carried all of us with your love and kindness for so many years.”

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • There are no words that can properly describe Pauline. She was a mentor, a guide, a life coach, a courageous soul, and a faithful friend who could always be relied on to say just the right thing when you needed it most. To me, she was an angel on earth. I had the privilege of calling her my friend for over 40 years. Even as time passed including moving out of province and later coming back there was never a time when we did not stay connected. The depth of her love and friendship was always there and to this day still is there. While she has departed this earthly world, her memory will be eternal for me. To Peter and his family, I wish to convey my deepest sympathy, but know that the angel on earth now has a place in heaven watching, guiding and still by your side. May you have the courage and strength to feel the grief but know her love reigns strong over her family. - Posted by: Maria Cendou (Friend) on: Sep 28, 2023
