I knew Brad for a lot of years. We did a lot of business in the auto Industry. He was always honest and fair in all of our transactions. A Great Guy and always treated everyone fairly. I’m shocked at his passing. Rest in Peace My Friend. Sincerely Ray Turney. - Posted by: Ray Turney (Friend) on: Oct 12, 2023

I knew Brad and Richard Palmer YEARS back when I lived on Mountain Avenue in Winnipeg, Mb. I was always going over to their place [in the garage] where Richard was always fixing or tinkering around with something (Snowmobiles at that time) so, I bought an old Snowmobile {35 bucks back then} but was always having problems with it and I'd call Brad and he'd ALWAYS say: "Don't talk to me talk to my brother Richard", Richard wouldn't answer the phone so I'd have to walk over and Richard would come over and take a look and usually fix it then we'd all go sledding for the day at Lockport. The Palmer's moved and we lost touch but, I'd bump into Brad every now and then and the last time I seen Brad was on Main St in Winnipeg where he was selling a few automobiles so we talked for quite a while and that was the last time I seen or heard from him until today and it is so sad to hear of someone passing away especially if you knew them.
