We sadly announce the passing of Michael Lerner, after a brief illness.
Predeceased by his parents, Doris and Arthur Lerner, Michael leaves to mourn his wife Darlene, brother David (Marli), sister Karen (Ron), nieces and nephews, Jeff and Sara, Cori, Jana and Jason, Beth and Adam, and several great-nieces and nephews. Michael also leaves Darlene's family, Don (Sandy), Ken (Val), Cher (Dave), Colleen, and families.
A heartfelt thank you to the medical teams who cared for Michael at St. Boniface Hospital, as well as Katryna Borkowsky from New Directions and most especially to Ray Mrygold, Michael's caregiver.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Truth Tabernacle Church, 88 Juno St.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
