With great sadness we announce the passing of Ray Shaw, with his wife and three daughters by his side on October 21, 2023.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 63 years, Lolly (Charlotte); daughters, Vickie (Greg), Connie (Johnny), Christine (Bryan); grandchildren, Haley (Derek), Kayla (Sean), Kerri (Brent), Macey (Jimmy), Michael (Gabbie), Carley (Josh); great-grandchildren, Blake, Theo, Bri and Bennett; sister Margie and many friends.
Ray was very much a family man and loved his family dearly. Ray ran a printing business, Shaw Printing (1974) Ltd. for 38 years with his wife and dedicated employees.
Ray loved his passion of fishing and flying from his cabin at Lee River to his favorite fishing hole.
I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at River East Personal Care Home for the kind and compassionate care they gave Ray for the past five years.
A Celebration of Life will be at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Alzheimer Society of Winnipeg, 120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 4G2 or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
