Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySUSAN ELIZABETH HEELIS
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Susan will be lovingly remembered by her surviving family; daughters Melanie (James), Shawna (Bill); grandsons Carson and Cole, Owen, and Erik, Kaiden and Ty; her brother Tim (Marisa) and her special niece Samantha (Warren). Susan was predeceased by her mother Adele, and her father Stanley Heelis.
Susan was the rock of our family. She was an intelligent woman who was comforting, selfless and always had the best advice for her loved ones. She has endless love and support for her closest friends. Susan was best known for her sense of humour, sarcasm, and quick wit; always bringing a laugh to the room. Susan enjoyed spending her summers out at the cottage with her family and friends. She enjoyed reading, watching sports and playing games. Susan was most proud of watching her grandsons grow into the wonderful young men that they have become.
She will be deeply missed by all that had the honour to know her, but the wonderful memories will live on forever. Respecting Susan’s wishes, there will not be a memorial service. The following is her wish to those who remain.
