Peacefully, on October 4, 2023, at Lion's Manor Care Home facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Anne was 97 years old.
Anne resided in Winnipeg for her adult life where she worked until her retirement at the Hudson's Bay on Portage Avenue. It was a job she loved and continued to speak of fondly.
Anne was born in Beausejour, Manitoba and was predeceased by her husband Michael and son, Barrie. Anne was also predeceased by her two brothers, John and Edward Kuchinski and her life-long friend, Anne Saunders (2020).
Anne is survived by her children, Bob Bilan (Irene), her daughter Bonnie Hollens (Bryan), and her two grandsons, Sean and Jason Hollens.
Anne will be remembered for her radiant and engaging smile, her love of family, tenacity during hard times and her love of baking and flower gardening.

Sending my deepest condolences to the entire family. I have so many memories of Anne and my Grandmother together. I have often thought of Anne and wondered how she was doing missing her best friend. I had the pleasure of meeting Anne when she was a resident at Devonshire House. Loved hearing about the vacations she and her husband shared with Anne Saunders and her husband.
