RONALD PELLAND

February 5, 1962 - November 4, 2023

It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our loved one, Ronald Pelland of Winnipeg, Manitoba, at his residence on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Ron was 61 years young and left us way too soon.
Ron will be forever missed by his children, Brittany and Scott, his mother Pierrette, his sister Ginette and brother-in-law Norm Tremblay, niece Christine and his nephew Marc, also his younger sister Nicole. He was predeceased by his father Henri Pelland.
Ron was always there when you needed his help. He was there for Mom almost every day since Dad's passing seven years ago. Ron was best known for his sense of humour, sarcasm and quick wit; always bringing a laugh to the room. He enjoyed spending his time with family, from going to car shows with Christine, going to Gimli with his friend Rene Saulnier, going to the dog park with Brittany and Dobby, playing games and listening to music with Scott and Marc.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
He will be deeply missed by all who had the honour to know him, but the wonderful memories will live on forever.

Ron you will always be in our hearts.

Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Aunty Pierette, Ginette, Nicole, and family. We are so sorry for your loss. Ronald will be missed by us, and by many. He was in our wedding party. Not only was Ronald my cousin, but a very good friend that Pat and I use to spend many a time together. Having a lot of fun, and listening music was one of them. He certainly had a great love for cars, with one of his favorite pastimes was to be able to look at other vehicles while cruising Portage with us. Our prayers are with him. - Posted by: Claudette and Pat Norman (cousin) on: Nov 13, 2023

  • So deeply saddened by the loss of such a Gentle Man...He could always be seen outside detailing his cars. Pristine vehicles..never saw him with a dirty vehicle and all his cars looked brand new. I will miss saying Hello, and watching him tinkering around..Always pleasant with a kind word. My deepest condolences to his Family...Gone too young and too soon. - Posted by: Cecile Restiaux (Neighbour/ friend) on: Nov 11, 2023

  • My condolences to Nicole and her family. She always spoke so highly of her brother and family. - Posted by: Laura (Former colleague of Nicole) on: Nov 10, 2023
