I’ve known Neville ever since we were little kids growing up in the North End and he was the same person today as he was then. Always kind, thoughtful and willing to help all who needed help. We shared many life stories after reconnecting a few years ago and had many laughs. To Pam and Neville’s family and friends, our sincerest condolences over the loss of this lovely man. He will be truly missed and remembered always with fondness. Rest well my friend. - Posted by: Reid & Nadia Douglas (Life long friend and teammate.) on: Nov 27, 2023

Although I have not seen Neville for over 50 years, recently I connected with him via email. Although he told me of his health issues I was shocked to read of his passing. I would like to pass on my sincerest condolences to his family. Kit Peterson Venice, Florida - Posted by: Kit (Feiend) on: Nov 27, 2023

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have met Neville and Pam when we first arrived in Swan River. In 1988. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Introduced us to all their friends. Together we enjoyed many activities, golfing, fishing, and camping. Despite our transfers to different locations, that friendship never ended. Neville and Pam were living in Winnipeg when we moved here in 2000. We relied on Neville and Pam’s advice when seeking a house and took their suggestion and purchased a house in the next block to them. We are all going to miss him dearly. Stay strong Pam, Jason Andrea, and family. (Bert & Pam Basha -(Friends) - Posted by: Bert and Pam Basha (Friends) on: Nov 26, 2023

I had the pleasure of working with Neville for a short period when we both began to work at Manitoba Finance. We had many laughs and he was often the instigator of pranks and jokes. We all worked hard but also played hard. I am saddened that Neville passed I will treasure the memories I have of our friendship. Pam we offer our sincere condolences to you and your family at the loss of a truly great man. Don & Kathy Dupuis - Posted by: Don Dupu (Co-worker) on: Nov 26, 2023

Our condolences to Pam and families. We have been friends with Pam and Neville since Neville was posted in Cranberry Portage and still remain friends. Neville and I used to go to RCMP golf tournaments and awesome times with a lot of stories. We also spent a week every spring at Elbow Lake since 1981, again more great stories and memories. Pam and Neville were up helping painting our new house and adding to much styrofoam insulation on the exterior peaks.we continue our great friendship yet . Rest peacefully our friend, till we meet again. You will be greatly missed - Posted by: Marvin and Lilianne (Friends ) on: Nov 25, 2023

Carol and I are truly sorry to hear about Neville's passing. Our heartfelt sympathy to you, Pam, and family. Pam and Neville were neighbors in Lac du Bonnet. We have fond memories of spending many hours playing canasta - occasionally we let them win. The weekend Neville and I took Carol and Pam to Berens River on an inland patrol is a memory that brings a smile to our face. One night after playing poker at the office, Neville felt he had to tell Pam about his loss when he got home at 2am. All I could say was "Neville, are you sure about that?" He was a man of principal. - Posted by: Gary and Carol Guest (Friends) on: Nov 25, 2023

I am truly sorry for the loss of our friend Neville. He was a big man with a big heart and was one heck of a lineman for the Sisler Spartans football team. I always enjoyed listening to Neville's RCMP stories at our North End 69er gatherings. I hope to see Pam continue to attend our gatherings. It is a wonderful support group. - Posted by: Bruno Malis (friend) on: Nov 25, 2023

Neville set the bar very high for those he leaves behind. His gratitude for his family his life his friends. Neville would happily share how lucky he was. Sitting in the hospital he would tell you how fortunate he was!! As long time friends within the RCMP Pam and Neville were the ones to always make you feel like family. Pam would get some of us home when the individual didn’t know when to go home. Neville would invite you over without any knowledge to Pam and offer you a bed for the weekend. They always pulled it off seamlessly. His friends were the lucky ones to have known him. - Posted by: Loraine and Cornel Stuart (Friends) on: Nov 25, 2023
