JACK PEMKOWSKI
It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Jack, age 76, on Monday, November 27, 2023 at Gimli Community Health Centre after a short battle with cancer.
Graveside service will be held on December 4, 2023, at Holy Rosary Cemetery at 10:00 a.m.

I got to know Jack through his late wife Marie. Marie was the commanding officer of the 182 R.C.A.C.S, her last few years Jack would come with her to help her as she was sick. He was a funny guy. He would accompany Marie to the bingo hall and we would all sit there and joke I made Jack play a few cards for me. Both my husband Julian and I would go over for coffee and chat. Jack will be missed he was a caring and funny soul. my prayers to his family. Rest in Peace Jack and take Marie to a bingo hall up there.
