It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jerrold (Jerry), loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle on December 6, 2023.
Jerry was predeceased by his parents, loving first wife Marlene and brother Warren.
Left to mourn him are Anne (wife), daughter Sharon McAskill (Alan), son Glenn (Deb), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Bryan and Roger, and many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Jerry’s family would like to send their thanks and appreciation to the staff of Carman Memorial Hospital, who cared for him and ensured his last few days were spent in comfort.
A Celebration of Life will be planned for the summer of 2024.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.

So extremely sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. Jerry was a fine friend who was blessed to have 2 great wives! Marlene gave us 3 Izzy dolls as gifts to our children and today I have already made hundreds of those same dolls to send to Ukraine and other places in the world where children need something to hug. Anne, you became so special to us too and we grew to love you. You may not know but Lawrence passed into the arms of his Lord and Saviour on November 27th.
