TERRI ANN KLASSEN

August 7, 1957 - December 20, 2023

It is with much love, gratitude and admiration that I announce the passing of my beautiful Mama TK.

Although I am heartbroken, I was blessed to be by her side and holding her hand while she slipped away peacefully.

Left to celebrate her life, is myself Katie Klassen, her granddaughter, the love of her life Baylee, her mom Donna Fargey, brother Gord Fargey and many other family members and so many special friends.

In these last few days all she could talk about, and with so much enthusiasm and excitement was how she couldn’t wait to be greeted by her precious daughter Kelsie, her dad Keith and all the licks and kisses she would soon be getting from her little Bubbles.

You were a precious gift from God who possessed so much beauty, grace, love and kindness. Even on the dark days your strength and smile made me realize I could do hard things and get through anything. While you have called me one of your Charlie’s angels, you are now my Angel who will help Baylee and I through life.

Thank you so much to the staff at Riverview Health Centre for being so very kind, loving and compassionate.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • Terri was a favourite cousin of mine, and we were so close in age (I was three weeks older). I loved the times we spent together over the years, from our teens through to now. I will miss you, dear Terri. I hope to stay in touch with Katie and finally meet your Bailey. Much love always. - Posted by: Janice Moffatt and Tony Penedo (Cousin) on: Jan 02, 2024

  • Terri was an incredibly strong woman who lived life her way. Terri enriched the lives of everyone she met. I loved the way Terri decorated her home for every holiday and had our get togethers at her place. Whether it was the flamingos in the summer or the Christmas decorations that filled every room in her house Terri lived her life fully. Thank you Terri for being my friend and for all the good times and laughs we shared. My heart goes out to Katie and Bailey may they find peace in your passing. I will miss you my friend. - Posted by: Jackie Mason (Friend) on: Dec 27, 2023

  • I will never forget Terri and was very sad to hear of her passing. Terri was a very kind, generous, sharply dressed, wonderfully spirited and thoughtful person. Terri was very proud of her family and would often talk about them. She will be missed. - Posted by: Jo-Anne Bjorklund (Colleague/friend) on: Dec 26, 2023

  • I am blessed to have had Terri in my life. She was truly one of a kind. Her heart, spirit, energy, strength, laughter and smile; never to be forgotten. She was always, the Hostess with the Mostest! Loved being in her presence. She was a gift from beyond. Her memory will continue to live in everyone she touched. She will be dearly missed. Katie and Baylee, beautiful words and my deepest condolences. - Posted by: Marlene (Friend ) on: Dec 25, 2023

  • I met Terri in junior high and we crossed paths many times from that point. She was a wonderful bubbly happy person with a smile that could brighten any room she was in. I've thought of her occasionally and was so sorry to read of her passing. She will be missed. My condolences. - Posted by: Eric Clapham (old friend from long back) on: Dec 23, 2023

  • I was so sorry to hear of Terri’s passing. She was an amazing woman! I will never forget looking out my window and seeing her shingling her roof. She had energy galore and loved her kids so so much. She didn’t let things get her down but was always smiling and she always treated everyone with respect. The world would be a much better place with people like Terri these days, in the crazy times we are living in. - Posted by: Leslie Young (Former neighbour) on: Dec 23, 2023
