PHYLLIS CLARK

Phyllis, 98 years, beloved wife of the late Hugh Clark and the late Jim Bell, mother of Ellen, Hugh, and Harry, passed away at the Souris Health Centre on December 24, 2023. A funeral service will be held in the spring of 2024. Notifications will be posted prior to the service. In memory of Phyllis, donations may be made to the Souris Health Centre.

  • Phyllis has been through many situations over her long life. As a teacher she was well respected among her peers and students. One of our sons said she was a fine lady and will be remembered by all. Condolences to her extended family. Another icon has been lost from our midst.
