With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Marlene Watson (Harriott) on December 23, 2023.
Marlene’s interment will take place on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life service to be held at the Gilbart Funeral Home in Selkirk at 11:00 a.m. Friends, family, and those touched by her remarkable spirit are invited to gather to honour her memory and the indelible mark she left on this world at that time.

To Bill (if he is still with us) and family. I am sorry to hear of Marlene's passing. Miss Tattersal (as I called her most of the time) was a lovely kind lady. I enjoyed the time I spent with her at Cecil Rhodes #2. She and Bill were also very generous in taking staff members out to places such as Rae & Jerry's. I have fond memories of her and immediately recognized her photo this morning, even tho I haven't seen her for many years. I wish the obituary had been longer as I had lost track of Marlene.
