DORIS VIRGINIA LESKIW
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Doris at the age of 78.
Doris is predeceased by her beloved husband Brian, who passed away just four months earlier. Left to mourn are her daughter Michelle (Pietro); grandson Justin; along with her sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to CancerCare Manitoba in Doris’ memory.

Dear Michelle, Pietro and Justin. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and condolences on the passing of Doris, and of Brian's passing also. What a wonderful couple they were. I knew Doris and Brian for many, many years, and I was Michelle's neighbour when I lived at Northwood Oaks Apartment on Jefferson Avenue. I lived on Magnus Avenue for mega years, and met Doris through Michelle and through my niece, Marlene when the girls were involved in school and community club activities. The last time i saw Doris and Brian was at a Shopper's Drug Mart, and Doris had a big hug for me, and Brian waved and flashed his great smile, and said hello from the van.
