Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD BRUCE BOLES
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leonard Bruce Boles at the Brandon General Hospital on January 4, 2024 at the age of 68. Leonard’s life revolved around horses, and horses were at the center of many of the relationships he built throughout the years. Leonard owned and operated the Triangle Ranch Riding Stables at Riding Mountain National Park. This not only fueled his passion for horses but also his joy of helping others get their start in the arena. He had many accomplishments in the roping arena but his highlights were winning the Casey Brown Memorial Roping, the Livewire Roping, the MTRA and MRCA Finals. Leonard is remembered for his generous and positive personality. He always had a smile on his face, a hand to lend, or a good story to tell. He enjoyed visiting with anyone he crossed paths with and always had a way of impacting everyone he met. Left to mourn his passing and celebrate his life include his wife Heather; his children Jan Lee, Merrit and Avery; his granddaughter Autumn; his siblings Sherril and Warren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends he made throughout his life. He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Grace; his wife Sylvia; and brothers Jimmy and Leslie. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Donations in memory of Leonard will be gratefully accepted by the Westman Dreams for Kids 404 18th St N, Brandon, MB R7A7P3.
