Bill, 72 years, beloved partner of Sandra Trowsse, passed away at the Souris Health Centre on January 8, 2024. In keeping with Bill’s wishes there will be no funeral service. In memory of Bill, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba or the Souris-Glenwood Handi Van. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home, Souris in care of arrangements.
