Alan, aged 72 years of Ashern, MB, a loving and dedicated husband to Marilyn, departed this world unexpectedly leaving us all with broken hearts. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private gathering will be held at a later date. A longer obituary will follow.

Alan was and had been a large part of my life, I missed him and will, I believe forever. We can not erase history, we can only hold it in our hearts and memories. Our son loved you very very much. His daughter Holly loved being part of Grampa’s life - Patrick told me Holly was Grampie’s little rabbit. Anyone who knew Alan will miss him. I offer Marilyn my sincere sympathy for her loss.
