ELFRIEDE WEISS
With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Elfriede Weiss, who, at the age of 74, suddenly but peacefully left us on January 25, 2024.
She leaves behind her cherished children: Dean (Lesley), Chuck, Rod (Rose-Ann), and Tracy (Adam). Her sisters, Herta and Marita, as well as all her grandchildren—Austin (Kelsey), Micheala, Stephanie (Scott), Julia, Maya, Benjamin, Joshua, Emmett, Mia, Oliver, and Isla—and great-grandchildren Easton and Madeline.
She is predeceased by her dear sister Edel and brother Horst, her parents Amanda and Adolf, and her former husband and father of her children, Erhard.
Elfriede loved cooking and baking for her family, nurturing her garden, and creating and selling her many beautiful crafts. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 11:00 a.m. at My Church Winnipeg, 955 Wilkes Ave, on Friday, February 2, 2024.
