Peacefully with her daughters and granddaughters by her side, Beatrice McDougall aged 88 years of Ashern, MB passed away at the Ashern Personal Care Home.
She is survived by her daughters Sandra and Lori (Rob); grandchildren Nicole (Chris), Lexa (Colt) and Eric (Kaelyn); great-granddaughter Anastasia and great-grandsons Zaiden and Ryatt; sisters Betty (Lloyd Wyspianski) and Edith (Alfred Kiesman); sisters-in-law Margaret, Marlene, Bernice Rach, Carole, Gwen and Judy McDougall; brother-in-law Harold McDougall as well as many nieces and nephews.
Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Ron in 2020; son-in-law Ralph; parents Albert and Mary Rach; her sister Irene; her brothers Lorne, Allan and Dennis; in-laws Donald and Gwen; brothers-in law Bill, Gordon and David along with other family members.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the Ashern Legion Hall with Dawn Tober officiating. Interment to follow at the Ashern United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beatrice’s memory to the Ashern Personal Care Home, Recreational Use, c/o Darlene Hargot, PO Box 110, Ashern, MB R0C 0E0 or to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
