BEVERLEY FRANKLIN
With her hand held tightly, Beverley passed away at Grace Hospice on March 11, 2024.
She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Deborah (Aidan), Elaine (Barry), Mary-Anne and Kelly (Kim); grandchildren, Claire, Benjamin, Sebastian, Amy, Sam, Katie, and Jake; great-grandchildren, Mac, Eloise, Kora, Mason, Jack, Will, Kinsley, and Rian; her sister Byrnece Cortens, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her parents, Adolph and Anne Pawlicki, first husband Russ Lacomy, sister Isabel Johnson, and second husband Lloyd Franklin.
She was born on November 22, 1931, and raised in Fort Garry. Bev will be remembered for being kind and gracious even in her final days. A sewer, gardener, chef, traveller, hairdresser, pet-lover, teacher, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother- Bev wore so many hats and she wore them all with ease and grace. She was quiet in disposition but gave more love than anyone could imagine.
Loved beyond measure - we know she will always be watching over us.
Kind thank you’s to Noelle and Marilyn for the devotion and care they so dearly provided to Bev in her final years.
As per Bev's wishes there will be no service and a private family burial will be held. Donations to Winnipeg Humane Society.
