Upheld by the love of her family, Frieda Peters died at the age of 91. A warm and gentle woman, she will be remembered for the quiet confidence with which she lived out her faith. Frieda was a woman of prayer who exuded kindness, compassion, intelligence, generosity, and integrity.
Frieda was predeceased by her husband, Jake (2007), of 46 years. Her spirit and memory will be cherished by her children, David (Jorene), Laura (Reymond), Randy (Dana), and she will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, June, Daniel, Matthew, Jordan, and step-grandchild Jacob.
A funeral service will be held at Fort Garry Mennonite Fellowship, 150 Bayridge Ave., Winnipeg on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
