NOTICE OF RETRACTION OF SERVICE
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Donn William James Eccles on March 11, 2024, at the age of 48.
Donn is survived by his mom Debbie Eccles, brother Wayde and his two children, Aunt Kim and Uncle Dave, Uncle Bob and Aunt Sue and many more aunts, uncles and cousins of the Eccles family. He will also be remembered by his extended family, the Inthon family at Thida’s Restaurant and his many friends. Donn was predeceased by his father James Lyle Eccles and his grandparents.
Donn loved many things in life. Spending time with his friends, enjoying the Winnipeg Jets, Blue Bomber games and especially his Philadelphia Flyers.
He also loved going to family dinners and to Thida’s Family Restaurant, “Eating” and helping out there was a staple for him.
There will be NO service.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at Brookside Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation.
“Donn, you will be greatly missed”.

Service to be held Friday, May 3, 2024 at Cross Church, 1787 Logan Avenue from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
