Sherill had a great sense of humour, she loved to laugh and used humour as our tool to heal. She was the most forgiving person we ever met and truly touched people. She loved her family with all her heart, devoting her life to raising her immediate and extended family. She also loved to play bingo and all her nieces and nephews would tell you she was their "best auntie."
Gitchi Miigwetch to our dear sister, Isabel Hornbrook and her family, for providing care to our mother for several years. It was very difficult due to her medical conditions, and we honour you and your family.
A special thank you to all the staff at Tuxedo Villa Extendicare, she loved you all. She shared many stories about how she gave you nicknames. It was really her home away from home.
