It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of my dear mother on Easter Sunday at the age of 91.
Mildred was born in Winnipeg, to Jack Hauser and Lily Kopaczynski. She was predeceased by her parents, husband Bill Morlock, son Gary Morlock, sister Adeline, brother-in-law Andy Malzensky, brother Jerry Hauser, sister-in-law Diane, in-laws Stanley and Mary Morlock, and many close friends.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Karen (Roy) Martin, daughter-in-law Tracey Halliday, nephew Philip (Lisa) Malzensky, nieces Stacey Hauser (Bev), Darlene Rybuck (Sheldon), Jocelyne Fidyk, great-nephews Porter Rybuck, Chad and Ryan (Allyson) and great-great niece Sophia Malzensky and many friends.
The family would like to thank the Golden Door Geriatric Centre staff whose care was above and beyond what we could wish. Many thanks also to the Riverview Palliative Care staff for their outstanding care of mom earlier.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday, April 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St.
