Laurence Nathan Robins passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the age of 68 years. Laurence was born July 15, 1955 in Rivers, Manitoba, living on the family farm until the age of 12. The family then moved to Brandon where Laurence attended first Fleming School then Crocus Plains High School. After graduation Laurence began working at the Brandon General Hospital. Laurence met Susan in 1981 and married soon after. Laurence will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Susan; children, Robert (Meagan Diebert) and Melissa (Mike) Lachapelle and grandchildren, William (Eden), Hailey, Brooke, Ace Diebert and Parker Diebert; siblings, Norman (Auna), Darcy (Liz), Jason (Bobbie) as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Randall Robins and Windsor Hoyteniuk. A graveside service for Laurence will take place at Roseville Cemetery on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. departing from Brockie Donovan Funeral Home, 332-8th Street, at 1:15 p.m.
