DENIS LALIBERTE
Denis, our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, great-uncle and cherished friend, passed away peacefully in the early hours of April 8, 2024.
He is survived by his wife Karen and daughter Shannon, brothers Noel, David and Tommy and their families, his sister-in-law Sandra Kaus (Bruce) and family, and his faithful pooch Penny.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jessie and Jean, his brother Kevin, in-laws, Herb and Barbara Turner and most recently his cousin Shaughn McKelvie.
He maintained many fond connections with friends and relatives in the Kenora area. He leaves behind a legacy of remarkable strength, bravery, kindness and love of community.
A service will be held in his memory at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB.

We have so many, many wonderful memories of Denis. Top of our memory list is at Bob’s 50th birthday where Denis was in full Scottish brogue, expounding on Bob’s ability to find a red hot deal. Everyone was in stitches! Also the kindness and generosity he shared, taking on the photographer role at our wedding, and both of you being our witnesses.
