It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shirley Neufeld (nee Tyrrell, formerly Sampson), 83, on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at River East Personal Care Home, Winnipeg, MB.
Shirley is predeceased by her parents Percival and Agnes Tyrrell (nee Park), her brother Bruce and loving husband Harry.
Left to mourn is her sister Ruth Makila; her sons Darren, Troy, and Clinton Sampson; her stepdaughters Brenda, Janice, and Debbie.
Shirley was born and grew up in Geraldton, Ont. After moving to Lac du Bonnet, she became a devoted schoolteacher for 27 years before retiring and moving to Winnipeg.

The livestreamed Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 162 PTH 52W, Steinbach, MB.
