Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Cheryl, Gloria’s daughter, has the positive and friendly personality that sounds like that of her dear Mum. Sending condolences to Gloria’s family. - Posted by: Jean A Paterson (Friend of her daughter ) on: May 12, 2024

  • Grant and Gloria were a very special part of my life from my teenage years until now! They were the parents that let all of us party at their home! They felt it was better to know where we were and what we were doing. So much so that all the boys laid the ground for their tennis court! We loved Grant and Gloria. My time at their cottage and on their street are some of the best memories I have…. I feel so fortunate to have been a wonderful part of life with the Conley’s…. May you rest in peace Gloria…. To you Cheryl, Tom, Craig, Kari, Sara, Meghan, Monte and Mabel… I send you my love…. 💕🙏 - Posted by: Janice Brodie (Wood) (Friend) on: May 11, 2024

  • Gloria was a bright light full of smiles, laughter and always willing to provide help as I requested. I am grateful that I was able to share time with her over the years that I was at Red River. Luther Home was a caring residence and I'm glad she was there. Rest well Gloria, Blessings. - Posted by: Lila Larson (Former co-worker at Red River) on: May 11, 2024

  • We had the pleasure of meeting your mother while she stayed at Luther Home. She shared the dining table with our Mother Katharina. She was a lovely lady and we will miss our conversations with her. - Posted by: Robert & Susan Neufeld (Friend ) on: May 11, 2024

  • Cheryl, I am sorry to learn of your Mom's passing. I enjoyed getting to know her. She always had kind words for everybody and everything. She called me often and kept me on my toes. I am sure your memories of her will keep you and your family warm and at peace. - Posted by: Jim Haddad (Friend) on: May 11, 2024
