It is with great sadness that the family of (Hugh) Ross MacTavish, 73, announces his passing after a long battle with cancer. Ross passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024, at the Riverview Health Centre surrounded by the love of his family.
He was born June 18, 1950, in Winnipeg, the son of the late Gwen and Donald MacTavish, he was the youngest of three siblings.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Ann; his children: daughter Amanda (Trent) and son Mike (Kristin); his grandchildren, his pride and joy, Quinton and Conor with another little bundle due to arrive in November; his sister Heather, several nieces, nephews and in-laws, relatives and friends.
A private family interment will be held on his 74th birthday and will take place at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
