Joe passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 12, 2024, at Park Manor Care Home, where he spent the last three years of his remaining life.
He leaves behind his wife Victoria and three sons: David, Brian, and Kevin; two grandchildren: Jenna and Quinn. He was loved and will be missed.
Flowers are gratefully declined, in lieu of a donation can be made to a charity of your choice.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., at Park Manor Care Home, 301 Redonda Street, Transcona, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
