Carol passed away peacefully at Misericordia Personal Care Home on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
Carol is survived by sister Anne of Winnipeg and brother Walter of Portage la Prairie. She was predeceased by her sisters, Joyce and Mary.
Carol grew up in Alonsa, Manitoba on the family farm. Upon leaving home she moved to Portage la Prairie and worked in numerous places. Later she moved to Windsor, Ontario where she worked for the City of Windsor for 32 years until retirement in 1991. Carol moved to Winnipeg in 2000. In 2019 Carol moved to Misericordia Personal Care Home.
The family would like to thank the staff on MP2 for the wonderful care they gave Carol.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg.
