It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Clive Leslie Hinds on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
He is predeceased by his parents, Philip and Thelma Hinds; siblings, Wilma, Winston, Leonardo (Leo), Ermine, Angela, and nephew Brent Craig and Michael Jones.
He is survived by his children, Angela and Philip; his grandchildren, Shavonne and Shannon; his great-grandchildren, Chayce and Jem; siblings, Berold, Bernadette, Millicent; nieces and nephews, Joan, Ercil, Keisha, Nyasha, Chantel, Brian, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Clive was very active in the church. He participated in the church choir for many years. He loved to play piano, particularly classical music. Clive was an avid cricket, tennis, and golf player, he loved to dance and was an avid sports fan.
A service for Clive will be held at Saint James Lutheran Church, 871 Cavalier Drive, Winnipeg, MB on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
Following the service, the family wishes to invite everyone to join them for a time of fellowship in the Church Hall.

We knew Clive when he was mayor in Stonewall. He was a decent man and was a great conversationalist. We offer our condolences to his wife and family. I am at a loss at the passing of my neighborhood friend Clive. We had many conversations over the years where Clive would regail me with his life stories including time from his younger days back home. I will miss his kind soul and demeanour. Ever the gentlemen.
