Peacefully, Curtis passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Curtis was born in Winnipeg on November 27, 1962.
Curtis will be sadly missed by his children, Hailey and Emily, and their mother Dixie Peters whose support during his illness was appreciated, Tayler and her mother Helen Lee, his bother Calvin (Wilma), nephews and nieces Christopher (Christa), Alexander (Ali), Michelle (Nico), and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Herbert, his mother, Edna, and his twin brother, Craig.
Curtis grew up in Winnipeg and graduated from Daniel McIntyre Collegiate Institute. He had a long-term career with Canada Post, where he made many friends. Curtis took special joy in the time he spent with his daughters, whom he loved immensely.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Curtis’s life will be held at a future date.
