My condolences to the family, such a great loss. Shirley was a great Cook in her kitchen. My memories of her would always the cookies she baked during Christmas and mailed a big box of them to Ottawa. A note saying wish I was there to enjoy. Thank you for the great memories. Gail, I was so sad to see the notice of your Mom's passing. I remember her kindness and wry sense of humour....to say nothing of the steady supply of pickerel she provided!!! I treasure the time with your Dad seeding crops (badly) or out in the barn with the chickens but always ending with a terrific visit with your Mom in the kitchen. Please know that I hold you, Brian and your family in my prayers. Sharon. - Posted by: Sharon L Wilson (Former minister at Niverville United Church) on: Jul 13, 2024
