It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother, sister, auntie, grandmother and great-grandmother on Monday, July 8, 2024.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her son Jack Bruce, daughter Marla Bruce and daughter Lesley McCombs (Kevin), daughter-in-law Susan Bruce, brother Wayne Dalgliesh (Letty). She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Christopher Bruce (Robyn), Bradley McCombs (Haley), Kyle McCombs (Sara), Paige McCombs and six beautiful great-grandchildren.
Mum was predeceased by her loving husband Albert Bruce “Ab”, her sister Sybil Dalgliesh, son Jeffrey Bruce and two beautiful granddaughters, Allyson Bruce and Ashley Bruce.
Mum lived her life with grace, integrity and determination. She had a great sense of humour and provided unconditional love to her family.
Flowers are gratefully declined, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Earlene’s name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Manitoba Angel Dresses.
In keeping with mum’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.

My sincere condolences to Lesley, Jack, Marla, Susan and all the Bruce family. I have so many wonderful memories of your mother's kind, generous and witty nature. The way she always made me feel welcome is something I'll always remember. Earlene let me use the Oldsmobile in '83 for my driver's road test and even helped me practice parallel parking.
