Where to start? First off, to Joan and family, much hugs. Tomorrow will indeed be a celebration, we'll make sure of it. To Ed, you took a pea-brained Karaoke Singer and made him a Professional Singer. God Bless you Brother. I'm forever grateful for your tough love and belief in me. I've been living many dreams since because of this. Who knew?...Oh, you did! Say 'Hi!' to the boys for us will ya! May take a while, be patient, but looking forward to eventually getting the band back together...Rick & Trish! - Posted by: RICK ROSCHUK & TRISH BENNETT (Rick - Bandmate | Twilights) on: Aug 05, 2024

Sorry to read of Eddie's passing. Went to Sargent Park Junior High with Ed back in 1960. Home room teacher Mr. Rosner, room 9. He was a great classmate and always fun to be around. Our 1960-61 Yearbook lists Ed as "Eddie Burnett (Kookie) in comparing him to Kookie from 77 Sunset Strip TV show. Comments in the yearbook are: "Always seen combing his hair. Ambition: to drum in his own night club. Fate: Working in a Java shop." Rest in peace Ed. - Posted by: Bob Patrick (School mate) on: Jul 28, 2024
