It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Julie Gyselinck, our beloved Mother and Grandmother, who passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 97 years.
Left to mourn her are her children, Richard (Sherry), Diane (Ward); grandchildren, Jonathan (Azra), Terence, Taylor, Tyler (Christine), Colin (Samantha) and Brett, as well as her great-grandchildren, Connor, Brooklyn and Madison.
Julie is predeceased by her devoted and loving husband of 60 years, Daniel Gyselinck, her eldest daughter Patricia (Jerry) Maertens, and Theo and Helen Bosch.
The family would like to thank Drake Medox Health Services, and the WRHA palliative care program for all of their care and compassion for Julie and her family throughout her final days.
The family has honoured Julie’s wishes for a private celebration, and is interred at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery.
