Henry Lirio Celones, aged 82, of Winnipeg, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 1, 2024.
He was predeceased by his parents, Gregorio and Pili Celones, and his wife, Erlinda.
Henry is survived by his sons, Lloyd and Eric, his daughter-in-law Lorlynne, and his beloved grandchildren, Ethan and Elden. He is also survived by his siblings: Junior and the late Dely Devera, Erning and Lib Marquez, Ashley and Loly Shiels, Nestor and the late Melly Cuevas, Nelson and Cris Celones, the late Ohlet and Ely Celones, the late Rigor and Aida Celones, Dory Sison, Rading and Karen Celones, and Eddie Celones. Henry leaves behind many nephews and nieces, as well as his in-laws, the Reyes family, and extended family, the Olaes’. He is also survived by his partner, Catherine Ricafrente, and her children, Rachelle, Rochelle, Iya, Kairina, Celestina.
Lamay will be held on Sunday and Monday, August 11 and 12, 2024 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a prayer service on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Edwards Church, 836 Arlington St., Winnipeg, MB.
