SIMONE CARRIERE
Peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, August 24, 2024, Simone Carriere, our matriarch, passed away at Actionmarguerite St-Boniface at the age of 108.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Home.
Thanks to the staff at Actionmarguerite for their kind care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Simone to CancerCare Manitoba.

Très chère Simone... Que votre âme repose en paix. Sans doute, le Seigneur vous a bel et bien reçu avec les bras grand ouvert. Avec les mots mots... "Well done good and faithful servant". En français, certainement !!! Simone...vous étiez tout à fait une exemple à suivre. Joyeuse, terre à terre, plaisante, douce et un coeur d'amour rempli de vie. Je me souviens la fois que nous avons tous chanter en honneur de vos 100 ans. Et nos bras ramassaient l'eau de la piscine..là où nous étions tous, pour en faire un grand SPLASH de FÉLICITATIONS . Quel slash. Quelle joie. Heh. Dans la piscine, faisant ce que vous pouviez, et avec un sourire sur le visage. A 100 ans. Ça ca se fête !!! Ahhhh... la belle Simone. Maintenant, que votre âme repose dans l'accueil d'amour de Dieu. Et merci du fait que vous m'avez touché avec votre simplicité D'ÊTRE. J'vous aime.
