Betty and I knew each other when we were children. We used to go horse back riding at the Cairns farm together. I have fond memories of her, Annie and their mother, Lil. We did not know each other as adults but Betty was always present in my happy childhood memories. - Posted by: Marie Donais Calder (Childhood friend) on: Sep 11, 2024

I met Betty when I was a teenager, through her sons. Betty was always so committed to family, she was always full of life and love. She will be missed for her quirky sass, and her wonderful loving heart. Rest easy Betty x. - Posted by: Leeann Sawers (Acquaintance ) on: Sep 08, 2024

Darryl, Kevin and Sharon and your families-we offer our deepest condolences on the untimely passing of your mom Betty. We knew her through the Elton family for years; our boys, when youngsters took a few of her ceramic\white wear classes-she was patient and kind. When she met Jim it increased our visits especially for Jim and Brian who liked to coffee together and the times Brian did camp business with Regent where he would visit with Betty and Jim and the boys. She helped many people through the years-one day at a time. Shirley and Brian Marshall Saanichton, BC - Posted by: Shirley and Brian Marshall (Friend) on: Sep 08, 2024
