It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Friedrich Wilhelm (Willy) Janssen, who left us on September 7, 2024. Willy was born in Kleve, Germany on October 3, 1951.
Willy will be deeply missed by his loving family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
In keeping with Willy's wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no formal funeral service.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date in 2025, where friends and family will gather to share stories, memories and pay tribute to his remarkable life and living his dreams of farming.
Rest in peace, Willy. Your legacy will live on through the countless lives you touched.
Willy is survived by his wife Darlene, children, Marcel, Tammy (Brian), Jason (Stacey), Sylvia, adopted daughters Josie, Amy, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gloria and I last saw Willy at Walmart, if he hadn't said Hello to us we wouldn't have know it was him. He told us of his illness but he was happy to see us and we had a nice chat. The world will be a sadder place without him. Our hearts go out to Darlene and all the family at this sad time. He was a real diamond in the rough.
