Doug Staples passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, due to heart failure.
Left with fond memories are his loving wife of 46 years, Donna; sons, Adam, Mark, and Brian; Mark’s daughters, Bethany (Caleb) and Paris; his brother, Chuck and wife Sen; sister-in-law, Doreen and husband Maurice; nieces and nephews, Shane, Shelley, Melvin, Bruce, Karla, Reagan and their families; and many friends.
Doug is predeceased by his parents, Charles (Chuck Sr.) and Em Staples; sister-in-law, Sheila Hackett; in-laws, Allen and Penny Bailey, and brother-in-law, C.A. Bailey.
Doug’s family invites you to join them in cherishing his memory with a Celebration of Life reception held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, Brandon, MB. As per Doug’s request please dress in casual attire.
Friends that so desire, donations may be made in Doug’s name to a charity of your choice.
