Peacefully, with family at her side, Pat passed away September 6, 2024.
She now joins her parents, Peter and Ann Kerr, and her beloved grandson Evan Engbaek.
She leaves behind her loving husband Ken Taylor, her daughters, Leah Engbaek and Joanne Lawson (Don); grandchildren, Dylan Taylor-Gromniski (Samantha), Chassi-Lea Engbaek (Dylan), Quinn Lawson; great-grandson and wee man Owen Gromniski; her big sister and best friend Ann Hutchison, siblings, Peter Kerr (Shirlee), John Kerr (Pat), Carol Dickin (Rick), Sharon Horner (Doug), Kim Bouchard (Jeff); best friends, Bill and Margaret Watchman.
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, November 25, 1949; in March 1967 her family moved to Canada. Pat married Ken in 1968 and started her family. Pat worked at BMO for over 35 years excelling in her career. Pat loved and adored her grandchildren, always spoiling them with life’s gifts. Love for her dog Lola was abundant and they always spent time cuddling while watching their shows.
As per mum’s wishes, there will be no memorial service, a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Pat’s name.
