Condolences & Memories (8 entries)

  • Dave always made my day better. He came to say hi with the friendliest smile and words. His heart was so big, and he made room to care for everyone. I miss our chats and seeing him everyday. When I try to be strong, or need motivation, I think of Dave. Dave, you made my day every time I got to see you. You truly are the nicest man I ever had the blessing to know. Thank you for all of your funny jokes and for being you. I am so lucky to have been able to know you and work along side you these past few years. I will miss your silly humour how kind you treated me. See you later Alligator. - Posted by: Callie Ferec-LeGall (friend) on: Jan 05, 2025

  • Sending prayers and comforting hugs on the early passing of Dave. Gonna miss our chats and laughter at Rossmere golf club. He always welcomed everyone and made them feel at home. Rest in Peace, and comforting hugs. Jan & Harve Rochelle (friend) - Posted by: JAN & HARVE ROCHELLE (FRIEND) on: Nov 03, 2024

  • I remember David for his good sense of humor, and chirpy personality. Everytime he picked up Asia and Jaden from my daycare he always had a smile and hug for his children. Rest in Peace David, and my sincere condolences to his family especially to Asia and Jaden. My prayers are with you. Sincerely: Gloria Estrada and family. - Posted by: Gloria Estrada (Family friend) on: Oct 07, 2024

  • I am so sorry to hear of David passing. He fought a hell of a fight, last time we talked on FB, he was encouraging and supportive as always. I will miss him. After loosing touch, talking to both of you again was like we had never missed a day. Rest In peace David - Posted by: Heather (Friend ) on: Oct 06, 2024

  • I had the pleasure of chatting with Dave regulary at Rossmere Country Club over the off-season when I participated in their indoor "Sim Shack League". I was always happy to see him as he made our time there more enjoyable and his sense of humour was second to none. We will definitely miss not seeing him around the club anymore. - Posted by: Brett Multan (Friend) on: Oct 05, 2024

  • My sincerest condolences to his entire family. Although his life was more than bowling, he was the captain of my team for the past 2 years, and a great one at that! Despite his health challenges, he came to bowl, when he was able, and made our team that much better. He was a great guy, honest, genuine, helpful, and fun. He will be missed. RIP David! - Posted by: Fraser Aronovitch (Bowling Teammate) on: Oct 05, 2024

  • I knew David from our bowling league. He was the nicest guy, never complained and was always a fighter. May his memory be a blessing for all that knew him. - Posted by: Lorne Raber (Old friend ) on: Oct 05, 2024

  • My condolences and I am saddened on the passing of David. I smile as I think of our regular conversations telling each other about terrible golf games that we continued to play. Dave was an inspiration with his positive attitude and his continuous smile during through the years of his treatment and surgery. Thinking of you Karen during this most difficult time. - Posted by: Alex Zimmer (Friend ) on: Oct 05, 2024
